Fajitas {spicy and healthy}

Here’s a healthy fajita recipe that will satisfy your taste buds! These fajitas are flavorful, lean and packed full of nutrients that your body needs. Stuff your face with bell peppers, green onions, sweet onions and tomatoes.

The colorful veggies provide excellent sources of  vitamin C & A, potassium and fiber! Lean ground turkey is the perfect option for protein.

fajitas with corn tortillas

The masterpiece, served in a corn tortilla just the way I like it!

Fajitas {Healthy & Spicy}

Print Recipe
Serves: 2 Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • Corn tortillas
  • 1 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 2-4 T Northwood spice (penzies)
  • 2 T cumin
  • 1 T paprika
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil



Cook ground turkey in pan, with olive oil, on stove top until done


Add in spices and let sooner on low heat for 5 minutes


Cut up vegetables


Add them to ground turkey and stir fry for 10 minutes on medium heat


Place fajitas on corn tortillas and enjoy!
