We did it! We spent two amazing weeks in Scotland, Ireland and Italy. Even though two of the three countries primary language was English, the culture shock was still there. I’m writing this post to share with you my favorite meals in each country. As they say in Ireland, “Sláinte”, or cheers! Well, here we are. With the final call for, “best Scottish Dish”, coming from my husband. Haggis:  A Very Traditional Scottish Recipe. Would I recommend it? I dare say anything. To each his own.

Although I would never make this recipe on my own, I had to try it being in Scotland. It was truly nothing out-of-the-ordinary taste-wise. This recipe is hanging on silk fabric in our kitchen!
