Spinach, Seeds and Nut Salad
Ingredients.
1 cup raw spinach 1 cup red & green pepper 1/2 cucumber 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes 1 T sunflower seeds 1 T sliced almonds 1 T dried cranberries Splash of balsamic Vinaigrette.
Instructions.
Cut red & green pepper and cucumber into slices.
Place raw spinach on plate, add vegetables.
Add seeds, almonds and dried cranberries.
Splash of balsamic vinaigrette.
